Shipping:

We strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers. For orders within Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 5 business days for your package to arrive. For orders outside Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to other governorates. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

 

Exchange & Return Policy:

On-door trials are available

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

 

Only in the case of a manufacturing defect
Requests must be submitted via our direct messages
Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact
An additional shipping fee will be applied for exchanges and returns
